Tom Buff is an Automotive and Diesel Technology Instructor with 18 years of teaching experience. He also teaches Pennsylvania State Safety Inspection courses and enhanced inspection. Tom has been in the automotive and diesel fields for over thirty years. He has worked in various capacities ranging from automotive and truck repair to fleet maintenance management. Tom achieved dual certification in the Automotive and Diesel areas through Temple University.
