What Does The Subaru P1130 Code Mean?

Engine started, engine runtime over 3 minutes, and the PCM detected an unexpected “low” voltage condition on the front Air Fuel Sensor (A/FS) signal circuit for 10 seconds during the CCM test.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Subaru P1130 Code?
