What Does The Jeep P1252 Code Mean?

Ignition on; solenoid commanded ON. If the ECM detects excessive voltage signal on the Vacuum Reservoir Solenoid control circuit, this DTC will set.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Jeep P1252 Code?

  • Intermittent condition
  • ASD Relay output circuit is open
  • VR Solenoid control circuit is open or shorted to ground
  • VR Solenoid or ECM has failed
