What Does The Ford P1012 Code Mean?

This DTC sets when the wastegate vacuum sensor reading is less than a calibrated threshold and the fault timer has exceeded the calibrated time threshold indicating a short to SIGRTN or ground.

  • WVS circuit short to ground
