OVERVIEWWhat Does The Ford B103C Code Mean?
If SCME outputs to the driver seat backrest or cushion blower motor are open, disconnected or a blower motor resistance greater than 90,000 ohms is sensed, the SCME continues normal operation and sets this DTC .
