OVERVIEWWhat Does The Ford B103B Code Mean?
If SCME outputs to the driver seat backrest or cushion blower motor are shorted to ground or a blower motor resistance of less than 0.9 ohm is sensed, the SCME shuts down the driver seat system and sets this DTC.
