What Does The Dodge U1454 Code Mean?

When the Radio Frequency Hub (RF Hub) is awake, it sends a signal on the (T824) Transmission (TRS) Park Signal circuit to the Electronic Shift Module (ESM). When that circuit is grounded by the transmission switch, the RF-Hub broadcasts that message, over the CAN C Bus, that the vehicle is in the park position.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Dodge U1454 Code?

  • Transmission (TRS) park signal circuit shorted to ground
  • Electronic shift module (ESM)
