During an End-of-Line throttle learn, service ETC Relearn and Spring test. When the PCM detects a failure of throttle body 2’s plate to return to within a calibratable tolerance of its default position. Fault set when the throttle plate’s actual default position is less than the expected default position. One trip fault. Three good trips to turn off the MIL.
