What Does The Chrysler P1595 Code Mean?

Engine started, vehicle driven at over 35 mph, S/C enabled with the Set switch “on”, and the PCM detected it could not control the operation of the vacuum and vent control solenoids.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Chrysler P1595 Code?

  • S/C power supply circuit is open (test power from Brake switch)
  • S/C vacuum solenoid control circuit open or shorted to ground
  • S/C vent solenoid control circuit is open or shorted to ground
  • S/C vacuum or vent solenoid is damaged or has failed
  • PCM has failed
