What Are The Potential Causes Of The Chevrolet P1651 Code?
- Cooling fan relay 1 control circuit is open, shorted to ground or to system power
- Cooling fan relay 1 power circuit is open (test COOL FAN1 fuse or the MAXI fuse)
- Cooling fan relay 1 is damaged or has failed
- PCM has failed
