What Does The Chevrolet P1433 Code Mean?

Engine started; electric fuel pump not operating, fuel level more than 50%, and the PCM detected the Fuel Pressure sensor signal was more than 2.90v for 2 minutes during the test.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Chevrolet P1433 Code?

  • Fuel level sensor connector is damaged, loose or open
  • Fuel level sensor signal circuit is open or shorted to VREF
  • Fuel level sensor is damaged or has failed
  • PCM has failed
