What Does The Cadillac P1633 Code Mean?

Key on, Class 2 serial data received normally, and the PCM detected an improper Supplement Power Circuit (Circuit 0) voltage. The PCM receives two ignition switch IGN 0 and IGN 1 inputs. It also receives a Class II message from the power mode master (PMM).

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Cadillac P1633 Code?

  • Ignition OFF/RUN/CRANK circuit is open or shorted to power
  • Ignition switch is damaged or has failed
  • PCM has failed
