What Does The Cadillac P1320 Code Mean?

DTC P0232 and P1376 not set, engine started, engine speed over 568 rpm, and the PCM detected an interruption of the 4X Fuel Control pulses for 400 ms during the CCM test.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Cadillac P1320 Code?

  • Ignition control (4X) circuit is open, shorted to ground or to B+
  • Ignition module power circuit is open (test power from DS fuse)
  • Ignition module is damaged or has failed
  • PCM has failed
  • TSB 71-65-69 contains a repair procedure for this code
