What Does The Cadillac P1112 Code Mean?

DTC P0101, P0102, P0103, P0116, P0117, P0118, P0125, P0128, P0502, P0503, P1114 and P1115 not set, engine runtime 5 seconds, ECT sensor more than 140ºF, MAF sensor less than 12-60 g/sec, VSS less than 50 mph, and the PCM detected an intermittent low voltage.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Cadillac P1112 Code?

  • IAT sensor signal circuit is shorted to ground (intermittent fault)
  • IAT sensor is damaged (an intermittent “shorted” condition)
  • PCM has failed
