What Does The Cadillac B1327 Code Mean?

Key on or engine running; DIM has power, ground and ignition not in Start mode. This DTC executes regardless of the battery voltage, except when the DTC B1390 is current, and the DIM (module) detected the voltage fell below 9.0v for 1200 ms.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Cadillac B1327 Code?

  • A Message is sent over the Class 2 circuit to all other modules
  • Battery power circuit to the DIM is open or has a high resistance condition
  • DIM has failed
