OVERVIEWWhat Does The Audi P1568 Code Mean?
This code indicates the condition that:
Engine started, battery voltage at least 11.5v, all electrical components off, ground connections between engine and chassis well connected, coolant temperature at least 80-degrees Celicius and the throttle valve must not be damaged or dirty; and the ECM detected the signal from the Throttle Position Valve Module to the ECM detected was erratic, non existent or unreliable (too high or too low) suggesting a mechanic malfunction.
What Are The Potential Causes Of The Audi P1568 Code?

- Alternator failed
- ECM failed
- Fuses blown or open circuits
- Clean Throttle Valve Control Module
- Accelerator cable not adjusted properly
- Idle speed control throttle failed
- Wire connections to relay carrier and ground connection of ECM may have shorted
