What Does The Audi P1336 Code Mean?

Engine cold, battery voltage at least 11.5v, all electrical components off, ground connections between engine and chassis well connected, the ECM detected a signal beyond the required limit.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Audi P1336 Code?

  • Engine Control Module (ECM) has failed
  • Voltage supply for Engine Control Module (ECM) is shorted
  • Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor is faulty
  • Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor is faulty
  • Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor is faulty
  • Intake system for leaks (false air) is faulty
  • Motor for intake flap is faulty
  • Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor is faulty
