Condition for setting the DTC:
Engine started, battery voltage must be at least 11.5v, all electrical components must be off, the ground between the engine and the chassis must be well connected, the exhaust system must be properly sealed between the catalytic converter and the cylinder.
What Are The Potential Causes Of The Audi P1199 Code?

- HO2S heater power circuit is open
- HO2S heater ground circuit is open
- HO2S signal tracking (due to oil or moisture in the connector)
- HO2S is damaged or has failed
