This code indicates the condition that key on or engine running; and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage condition on the A/T FAS signal circuit to the TCM.
What Are The Potential Causes Of The Acura P1786 Code?

- A/T FAS signal circuit to the TCM is open
- A/T FAS signal circuit to the TCM is shorted to ground
- A/T FAS signal circuit to the TCM is shorted to VREF
- TCM or PCM has failed
