What Does The Acura P1768 Code Mean?

Key on or engine running; and the PCM detected an unexpected voltage condition on the A/T Linear Solenoid circuit to the TCM.

Note: The D4 lamp on the dash will flash 16 times if this code is set.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Acura P1768 Code?

  • A/T linear solenoid control circuit to the TCM is open
  • A/T linear solenoid circuit to the TCM is shorted to ground
  • A/T linear solenoid connector is disconnected or damaged
  • A/T linear solenoid circuit to the TCM is shorted to VREF
  • TCM or PCM
