What Does The Acura P1441 Code Mean?

System voltage at 11-16v, IAT sensor more than 32ºF, fuel level from 15-85%, and the PCM detected a continuous “open” purge condition during the EVAP Monitor test.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Acura P1441 Code?

  • Vacuum switch signal circuit is open between switch and PCM
  • Vacuum switch ground circuit open between switch and ground
  • Vacuum switch is damaged or has failed
  • PCM has failed
