What Does The Acura P1122 Code Mean?

Engine started, and the PCM detected an unexpected low signal of less than 0.22v on the TP sensor circuit for 0.15 seconds over a 1.5 second period during the CCM continuous test.

What Are The Potential Causes Of The Acura P1122 Code?

Below are some potential causes of this DTC:

  • TP sensor signal circuit is shorted to ground
  • TP sensor VREF circuit shorted to ground (test other sensors)
  • TP sensor is damaged or has failed
