This code indicates poor communication between HandsFreeLink Control Unit and the AcuraLink Control Unit.

Check the vehicle battery condition
“Open” in the wire(s) between AcuraLink control unit (XM receiver) and the HandsFreeLink control unit.
“Short” to body ground in the wire(s) between the AcuraLink control unit (XM receiver) and the HandsFreeLink control unit
“Short” to power in the wire(s) between the AcuraLink control unit (XM receiver) and the HandsFreeLink control unit
Faulty AcuraLink control unit (XM receiver)
Update the AcuraLink control unit with the latest software
